In search of the miraculous

I wanna complete a little about my last post. Her name is Audria Klara. I love her. I'm searching the miracle so that I can make a relationship again with her. Get married? Of course...GOD BLESS US. GOD, open their eyes so that they bless us too. Whatever will be happen, Thank you so much GOD. I can't write more. The Stories and the moments is wonderful....hmmm... So, I will save it in my small brain although we're not together. I hope it just temporary...SICK!!!

Work overtime as an editorial staff

Deadline is a familiar word for me, sick with it but I love that word and also living with that beautiful word. Without it, my life feels nothing. That's why I always have a lot of activities inside and outside campus. Deadlines about software developments, teaching, graphic designs, journalism, communities, and also enjoy skateboarding and mad time with friends. Last October, my partner Elly who's work in the editorial staff said that the deadlines is coming. Yeah, in my campus, I joined in 2 editorial staffs, 'Koran Kampus' or Campus Newspaper and SI Mix. Both are different. Koran Kampus is in the university level and SI Mix in major level.

Deadlines in Koran Kampus (KK) is more extreme than in SI Mix. In KK, we work done outside of normal working hours, overtime. We started working at 5 PM and went home at 6 AM. SICK!!! that's make me feel sleepy, because it always happen about 2-4 days.

I work as designer. Layout the articles is my main task. Look at that picture above. That's what i prepared before the war. A bag (laptop and gadgets inside), ionic drinks, foods, and of course, task list of designs.

That's my friends who's always work overtime together with me. From left, Elly, Ardiana, Rosa. We work, we sing together every midnight (if work overtime), laughed out loud together, and also had fun. Work time felt fun time. Nice editorial staffs environment.

Cobras Time

Robert 'Cobra' Silas Kabanga. A talented guy who's my senior in campus and GP-Skateboard. He came from Lombok and was studying in Jogja majoring Informatic Technology. That's why every break time when we were play skateboard, we talk about something smells technologies. Finally, last October, he's graduated from our campus (Duta Wacana Christian University). Hardworker, stylish and also a nice guy. Every people in GP-Skateboard called him Cobra. He did a lot of trick clearly. He participated in skate competition in Jogja and he got prize because of his best trick on that event. WOW!!! In GP, just Cobra and I that came from Duta Wacana.

Yeah right, after graduation party that held in my campus about two days (October 23-24, 2010), he planned to go back to his residence at Lombok. Lombok island is near from Bali island. His older brother also came to Jogja to join the celebration. I like this part. In October 25th (sunday), he text me suddenly to joined with him and others friend to go to Depok beach. Ate together for sure, we usually do that every we got a big moment that affected with our life.

Sunday morning, I cancelled all my activities that day. No clothes wash, no appointments, special for this moment. Start from 7 AM, the atmosphere is cloudy, made me pesimistic and think "it will rainy". GOSH!!! that's became true, start from flocked in Hotel until arrived on Depok beach, wet wet wet because of rainy. that was sick!!! Peoples are Cobra, his mother, his brother, Jimos & girlfriend, Melong & girlfriend, Fajar, Dede, and me. Depok beach is just a small beach. You just can play ATV, kites, and don't play water because the waves is big, maybe because it's the first time I came to this place and the atmosphere was so bad. Peoples usually come here to enjoy the holiday with friends while eating a lot of seafoods. You can buy fishes and ask the food stall around the beach to cook your fishes. Sounds good, save your money too.

What we were eat? Sea food? of course!!! We surfeit because of it. Crabs, squids, mollusks, and fishes that grilled with good taste. YUMMY!!! I wanna try this in other day with friends, homies or just my self. After ate together, took pictures, we went to Ganjuran temple (it's first time too). Just enjoyed the environment and respect with others.

NOW, Cobra's on Lombok or Bali, he's working there. We will meet in the top of our success. Nice quote COB!!! Good luck!!! God bless!!!

I will survive

What's this? Who's the girl with me? I'll write it as soon as possible. Shortly, she's learning about dutch. her last (FB) status is Ik sta hier voor jou. En ik zorg ervoor dat u kiest. In mijn hart wil ik dat je kleine. De hoop om met u zijn. Ik zal er zijn voor jou. En je overleven. Till now, I don't know, what does it mean? mmm, if that status is for me, I will survive for memeii.

Win the CHIP photo contest

Awesome!!! My friend baskoro has an IT (Information Technology) community, More precisely is community of IT Magazine. The magazines called CHIP. This Indonesian IT magazine made a photo contest about the magazine. The theme is "my unique photo with CHIP". He ask me and another friends to be his model. So, me, Johan and Alex help him. We made unique styles with CHIP magazine.

I arrived at campus and wear a green T-shirt and yellow hoodie. I saw Alex wear a red T-shirt, and Jo wear a black T-Shirt. Finally, Jo wear my green T-shirt. We felt it'll be unique because we looks like a traffic light. Alex is so over dramatic.

Took pictures on toilet, 6th floor, basement, parking lot in my campus. No tripod and no flash. He just used his default DSLR (alpha) camera with default lens too. It happen suddenly, no long plan before did it, but the result is.....

Baskoro win the contest, he became one of 10 photo contest winners. That's the photo that win the contest. What we got from it? He got Original Microsoft Office 2007 Single User. Not bad. Judges from CHIP said "Unique photo because CHIP Foto Video Magazine is competed to read it". In fact, it's not true concept. Our concept is a boy that forget everything because of read the magazine until he will fall down from 6th floor. Whatever, he still the winner.

After photo session, we ate steak together. YEAH!!!

Campus Gathering 2010

This is an annual event organized by the university pastor. It called "Campus Gathering". It was happening at October 20th 2010 in the afternoon. Located in atrium of my campus, the atmosphere was very hot. The invitation is dedicated for all peoples in my campus. From the students, lecturers and officers.

Honestly, I forgot about this event. More and more crowded in atrium made me felt weird. 'What's going on???', then I went to my work table and I just saw the invitation. I remembered it and in my heart I said, "yeah!!! free lunch for today". This event started from 12.15 PM. Suddenly, I called my campus friends to participated. Finally, we flocked together and got ready for the (FREE) lunch!!! My friends that ate together with me are Tee, Welly, Roy, Nadhia, Ari Momo. What we ate? We ate nasi liwet and drunk cocktail. Slurrrrrrpp!!!

The portion is small, not as big as I imagined. Something that made me happy and laugh loudly is I ate together with them. My partner in crime is Welly haha. I knew him since 1st semester. We ate more foods and clucked together...haha so disgusted. I hope it's the last campus gathering, because next year is my last year in this campus. I must graduate from this campus next year...FIGHTING!!!

I just had no idea about '11'

PHOTOGRAPHY! lately, a lot peoples learn about that. peoples show off their self picture that captured from their (D)SLR camera. They took pictures with DSLR or SLR camera, but they did it in auto setting mode. OMG! why not just use a pocket camera or phone camera? Learn more about the functions of DSLR, the characteristics, why use it for photographs. And also about photography knowledges. From 100 photos taken, (PRO) photographers maybe only got 1 decent photo impressions. Photography is unique, unlimited.

I'm not joining on photography community, especially in my campus. DWPh. That's photography community in my campus. Last month, DWPh made an event, yeah!!! photography competition to celebrate the 11th anniversary of DWPh. Theme of competition is '11 (eleven)'. Knew about that, me and my friend (Baskoro) was hunting in every place in Jogja that inspiring me to take a picture according to the theme.

I'm not using my SLR camera. My cellphone camera is enough, still with my favourite (macro) lens. I had no idea. Traffic light, food court, plaza, street, parking lot, we was there. Still no idea. Till now, I have no idea about 11. Whereas, I was born on March 11st. Nonsense. Finally, I didn't collect a photograph at all.

I'm a tour guide

Now about 1,5 semesters I'm not playing skateboard with GP crew, but I still connected with them. I met many talented and funny people who's enjoy skateboarding. Scream, "Skate all day", "Exist or Dead". hohoho . Yesterday (9th October), some people from GP crew came to Magetan attended the Magetan skateboarding competition. They're Jerry, Andi (and girlfriend), Krista, Zul, Bobby. And what the relationship with me? hohoho

I was born in Jember, but since I was in kindergaten, I live in Magetan. Provincially, Jember and Magetan is same, east java. And after graduated from High School, I continue my study in Jogjakarta, play skateboard and meet GP crew. I meet and play with them since 2007. So, yesterday I came to the event and watched their show. At 07.00 PM, I guide them to the border of east java and center java, because they didn't know the way out to Jogja. Became tour guide suddenly. Having fun in the 2nd Saturday night in October 2010 with skateboard's friends.

The first Saturday night in October 2010

Finally, I spent my time on Saturday night together with my friends. It was happening suddenly. First plan is visit my friend's father, but we had new plans because at the same time, there was a computer exhibition. My friends who's spent the time with me are BB, Noel, Momo. OMG!!! I just realize that they're from different communities in my campus. BB from kine club (movie club), Noel from DWPh (photography club), Momo from KSL (Linux and open source software club). And what about me? talk about communities in my campus, I join in SI Mix (tabloid), Koran Kampus (campus newspaper), digitalbrainz. (design community), JUCY (Java programming language community).

Forget about the communities. We arrived in the computer show in the evening and the atmosphere was cloudy and waited a rainy. A minute after we entered JEC (Jogja Expo Center), the rain came. What's on the computer show? Absolutely about computer stuffs. I loved the atmosphere there, a lot of technology update from a lot of IT (Information Technology) brands. Like every year, this event stuffed by a lot of computer brands and counters. SO... what's different? This event was happening start from 2nd - 6th October and in the 2nd day (3rd July), there are 2 photography competitions organized by blueprint and CHIP magazine.

My friends and I came in the 1st day, it's so crowded and we took a picture with WD (Western Digital) icons hohoho. Not just that, My friends and I jazz up the event to get a new Indonesian record for 100.000 couples thumbs. We were enjoying the time. After went to computer exhibition, we ate fried rice near Kridosono stadium at Jogja. What a nice Saturday night, because long time no spent Saturday night with friends.

After came in this event I bought a HP Mini (3014) netbook for my elder sister. I like the design and its newest hardware. I hope she love it. YAY!!!

Hoping to get a big miracle

In this moment my friends (Anggi, Roy, ALex, Yosi) and I look religious. We went to the Regina Pacis (cathedral) near my house. It's huge and it located in the middle of rice & bamboo field. It looks like walt disney castle hohoho. Take a picture in front of the church and Marias cave. No pants, no shoes, just wear everyday clothes.

What's next? we're became mountain peoples. We walked around stones, rice & bamboo fields, trees, heard a lot of bird sound, etc. Our brain refreshed before start this new semester (4th year and it'll become the last year). Graduate as soon as possible and get better life with great job and hoping to become lucky and get a lot of miracles from GOD. And the important is get married with a very nice girl. Say what?? AMEN!!
